As part of their probationary training, these officers will undergo a combination of theoretical and practical learning experiences, including hands-on exposure at Centralized Training Institutes (CTIs) and industry settings. Upon completion, they will receive an MBA degree from GSV, a pioneering initiative that blends academic rigor with industry insights.
Looking ahead, the university will expand its curriculum to include specialized programs in Bridge and Tunnel Engineering, Aviation Operations, Maritime Infrastructure, Highway Engineering, and Defense Forces logistics.
