We prefer guest posts to be between 800 to 1500 words in length. This range allows for in-depth exploration of the topic while keeping the content engaging for our readers.

Our website covers a wide range of topics i.e. Railways, Metros, Transportation and Urban Mobility. We are also interested in trending topics in the industry. Please ensure that your submission aligns with our website's focus and offers valuable insights to our audience.

3. Formatting

Please format your guest post in a clear and organized manner. Use subheadings, bullet points, and numbered lists where appropriate to enhance readability. 

• Stick to a standard font style (e.g., Times New Roman, Arial, Calibri) with a font size of 12. 
• Maintain single-spacing between lines.

4. Images and Multimedia

You are welcome to include relevant images, videos, or other multimedia elements to support your content.  Images should be high-quality and, if not royalty-free, you must have the necessary permissions for their use. If required, provide proper attribution for the images used. Videos should be embedded directly from platforms like YouTube or Vimeo.

5. Links

You may include a reasonable number of links within the guest post. However, any promotional or irrelevant links will either be removed or charged as per our standard rates given below.  We don't allow any links to your personal website or social media profiles in the author bio section.

6. Author Bio and Backlinks

At the end of your guest post, you can include a brief author bio (approximately 2-4 sentences) introducing yourself and your expertise.

• Your guest post will be indexed on search engines.

We accept payment via Wire Transfer, PayPal and Payoneer.

Please note that we don't accept content containing/promoting gambling, casino, CBD Oil, or sexual/adult materials.

8. Submission Process and Contact Details

Please submit your guest post as a Word document or a Google Docs link to editor@metrorailtoday.com & editor@urbantransportnews.com. Our editorial team will review your submission and may make minor edits for clarity or formatting. If your post meets our guidelines and aligns with our website's content strategy, we will notify you of the publication date. Generally, we take 24-48 hours in the review process.

By submitting a guest post to our website, you agree that Metro Rail Today owns the content and that you will not republish it elsewhere without our permission.
