New Delhi, India (Metro Rail Today): The 6th RailTrans Expo & Conference 2026, India's premier international exhibition and conference dedicated to railways, transportation, logistics, urban mobility and emerging technologies, concluded successfully after two days of high-impact deliberations, technology showcases and business networking at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, on 3–4 July 2026.

Hosted by Urban Infra Group in association with the Chamber of Railway Industries (Rail Chamber) and officially supported by the Ministry of Railways, Government of India, the sixth edition established itself as one of Asia's largest platforms dedicated to the future of mobility, bringing together policymakers, industry leaders, technology innovators, infrastructure developers, investors, research institutions and academia from India and abroad.

Held under the overarching vision of "Viksit Rail 2047: Transforming the Future of Mobility through Innovation," the event highlighted India's growing leadership in railway modernization, sustainable mobility, digital transformation, artificial intelligence, semiconductor technologies, smart logistics, advanced manufacturing and resilient infrastructure.

The two-day event witnessed participation from senior government officials, railway leaders, metro rail corporations, infrastructure developers, consultants, technology providers, PSUs, private sector enterprises, startups and educational institutions.

The conference featured thought-provoking keynote sessions, panel discussions, technical presentations and industry interactions focusing on next-generation railway technologies, high-speed rail, metro systems, station redevelopment, freight modernization, multimodal logistics, signalling, digital railways, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, predictive maintenance, electrification, manufacturing excellence and sustainable mobility solutions.

Industry experts emphasized that collaboration between government, academia, startups and private enterprises will play a decisive role in achieving the Government of India's ambitious Viksit Bharat 2047 and Viksit Rail 2047 vision.
