According to the tender result dated October 26, 2026, two bidders participated in the financial bidding process. Systra MVA Consulting (India) Private Limited emerged as the second-lowest bidder (L2), quoting ₹3.95 crore, around 23.9% higher than Stup Consultants’ offer.
