New Delhi, India (Metro Rail Today): The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Limited (DMRC) has recently opened the technical bids of contract package DE-11 of Phase 4 of Delhi Metro Rail Project.
A total of seven firms have submitted their bids for the supply and installation of the electrical and mechanical (E&M) system, environment control system (ECS) and tunnel ventilation system (TVS) at 4 underground stations of Silver line.
Tender notice for this contract package was issued in July 2022 with the scope of work - Design verification, Detail engineering, SITC of Electrical and Mechanical system, DG set, Environment control system, Tunnel ventilation system and Building Management System for 4 underground stations of line-10 of Phase-IV of Delhi Metro Rail Project.
Technical bids were opened on 4th October 2022 and names of the following bidders have been unvieled:-
Now all bids have been sent for technical evaluation and once completed DMRC will open the financial bids. This contract package will be financed by Japan International Cooperaton Agency (JICA).
The under-construction 23.622 km long Silver line of Delhi Metro will connect Aerocity to Tughlakabad with 16 stations at Aerocity, Mahipalpur, Vasant Kunj, Kishangarh, Chhatarpur, Chhattarpur Mandir, IGNOU, Neb Sarai, Saket G-Block, Ambedkar Nagar, Khanpur, Sangam Vihar, Maa Anandmayee Marg Junction, Tughlakabad Railway Colony (near Pul Prahaladpur) and Tughlakabad.
This line will have 4.279 km Elevated section and 19.343 km Underground.
