Ahmedabad, India (Metro Rail Today): SYSTRA India has announced a major recruitment drive to strengthen its workforce for several flagship railway and urban mobility projects across the country, including the National High Speed Rail Corporation Limited (NHSRCL) project, Surat Metro, and the Ahmedabad Railway Station Redevelopment Project. The company will conduct a two-day walk-in interview on July 25 and 26, 2026, at SAI House, Satyam Corporate Square, Behind Rajpath Club, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
The recruitment campaign aims to attract experienced professionals from the railway, metro, high-speed rail, and infrastructure sectors for a wide range of technical, engineering, safety, quality, procurement, finance, and project management positions.
For the NHSRCL High-Speed Rail Project, SYSTRA is hiring senior experts under the K2 category, including Deputy Chief Expert – Signalling System (Interlocking), Deputy Chief Expert (RAMS), Deputy Chief Expert cum Auditor (Overall ITC), Deputy Chief Expert – SCADA, and QA/QC Expert. These positions require engineering graduates or diploma holders with 15–18 years of professional experience, including significant experience in metro, semi-high-speed, or high-speed rail system implementation during the construction phase.
The company is also seeking K3 Section Engineers across multiple disciplines such as Signalling, Telecommunication, IP Network, Radio Systems including FRMCS, OCC, RAMS, Overall ITC, Asset Management Systems (AMS), Integrated Depot Systems (IDS), Operations & Maintenance, Architecture, Safety, Contracts, Finance, Project Controls, and Procurement. Candidates are expected to possess 7–10 years of relevant experience in metro or rail infrastructure projects.
Additionally, K4 Site Engineers are being recruited for disciplines including Signalling, Telecommunication, IP Network, Radio Systems, SCADA, MEP, Civil Engineering, Architecture, IDS, Overall ITC, and Safety. These positions require 5–7 years of experience in metro project implementation and construction.
Beyond the high-speed rail project, SYSTRA is also hiring for the Surat Metro Project, where applications are invited for the position of Junior Safety Engineer. The role requires engineering graduates or diploma holders with a safety qualification and at least 3–5 years of experience in infrastructure project safety management.
For the Ahmedabad Railway Station Redevelopment Project, the company is recruiting experienced professionals for key positions including Resident Engineer (Civil Construction), Principal Quality Manager, Field Engineer (Systems & MEPF), Quantity Surveyor (Civil & MEPF), and Design/Approval Coordinator. These roles demand between 8 and 20 years of relevant experience in large-scale railway stations, metro systems, or infrastructure construction projects.
