DMRC issues job notice for operation & maintenance of Mumbai Metro Line 3

New Delhi, India (Metro Rail Today): The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) which has recently signed a contract agreement with Mumbai Metro Rail Corporation (MMRC) for providing operations & maintenance services for 33.5 kilometres Colaba-Bandra-SEEPZ Metro Corridor (Aqua Line) of Mumbai Metro Rail Project.

To operate & maintain the Mumbai Metro's Line 3 (Colaba-Bandra-SEEPZ), DMRC has issued a mega recruitment drive notice to recruit personnel from engineering background on deputation/contract engagement basis. The details of the vacancies are as under:-

Supervisor (Rolling Stock/E&M/Traction)

Three years Engineering Degree / Diploma in Electrical / equivalent trade from a Govt. recognized University / Institute

Technician (Rolling Stock/E&M/Traction)

Matriculation / Class 12th pass and having ITI (NCVT/SCVT) in Electrician Trade, or higher from a Govt. recognized University/Institute

Supervisor (S&T)

Three years Engineering Degree / Diploma in Electronics, Computer Engg., Information Technology, Electronics & Communications, Electronics & Communications Industry Integrated, Electrical & Electronics, Electronics / Microprocessor, Electronics & Telecommunications, Instrumentation Technology, Electronics and Instrumentation Engg. from a Govt. recognized University/Institute.

Technician (S&T)

Matriculation / Class 12th pass and having ITI(NCVT/SCVT) in Electronic Mechanic, Information communication Technology System Maintenance, Information Technology, Mechanic Computer Hardware, Mechanic cum Operator Electronic Communication System, Mechanic Industrial Electronics, Radio & TV Mechanic, Power Electronics System, or higher from a Govt. recognized University/Institute.

Supervisor (Civil & Track)

Three years Engineering Degree / Diploma in Civil/equivalent trade from a Govt. recognized University/Institute.

Technician (Civil & Track)

Matriculation / Class 12th pass and having ITI (NCVT/SCVT)in Fitter, Lift & Escalator Mechanic, or higher from a Govt. recognized University/Institute.

Supervisor (Operations)

Three years Engineering Diploma / Degree in any discipline or B.Sc. Hons in (Physics/Chemistry/Maths) or B.Sc. (Physics/Chemistry/Maths) from a Govt. recognized University/Institute.

Manager/Sr. Manager (Rolling Stock/E&M/Traction)

Must have bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering discipline from a Govt. recognized University/Institute.

Manager/Sr. Manager (S&T)

Must have bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engg., Electronics & Communication Engg., IT, Computer Science, Computer Science & Engg., Electrical & Electronics Engg., Electrical Engg., Electronics & Telecommunication Engg., Electronics Instrumentation and Control, Instrumentation & Control, Instrumentation Engg. from a Govt. recognized University/Institute.

Manager/Sr. Manager (Civil & Track)

Must have bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, from a Govt. recognized University/Institute.

Manager/Sr. Manager (Operations)

Must have bachelor’s degree in any engineering discipline from a Govt. recognized University/Institute.

Salary & Remuneration

Managers/Sr. Managers: Rs 96,600/-

Supervisors: Rs 50,000-72,600/-

Technicians: Rs Rs 29,800-56,200/-

Age Limit

55 years (for working persons) and 62 years (for retired persons)

Selection Process

The selection methodology for candidates applying on Deputation basis and PRCE basis will comprise of Personal Interview.
